Proof Of Concept

The phenomenal growth and market acceptance of online emarkets and customer loyalty programs is evidenced by the image displayed. Over 9.4 million Australians visit online emarkets alone each month.

Revenue Model

The Alpha eMarkets incorporate a Royalty Licence Offering which is an opportunity for subscribers to generate a monthly residual income based on the number of Royalty Licences purchased.

The Alpha eMarkets charge businesses who subscribe to the Commercial Premium Plan a yearly subscription fee of $697.00. The subscription fee once paid is deposited into Alpha eMarket Australia's Subscription Fee Account in the Alpha ePay Payment processing platform..

At the end of each month, 10% of the funds in the Alpha eMarket Australia's Subscription Fee account are transferred into the Alpha eMarket Australia's Royalty Licence Account in Alpha ePay, ready for distribution into the Royalty Licensee’s Alpha ePay Cash Accounts.

The amount of income that each Royalty Licensee receives is based on the number of Royalty Licences they purchased in the Alpha eMarket Australia Royalty Licence Pool which consists of 20,000 Royalty Licences.

A monthly report is made available to Royalty Licensees to validate subscription fee collection and Royalty Licence revenue ready for distribution.

As the membership base grows so will the volume of Alpha eMarket yearly renewable subscription fees grow, resulting in a greater volume of subscription fees being paid, and therefore greater earnings per Royalty Licence.

Subscribers of Alpha ePay may borrow Alpha ePay dollars interest-free so long as they purchase the number of Alpha ePay or Alpha eMarket Royalty Licences required to collateralise their Alpha ePay dollars borrowings. They may also use future income to be generated from their Royalty Licenses to prepay their Alpha ePay dollar borrowings. This policy creates a greater demand for Royalty Licences and therefore assists them hold their value.

The major difference between buying shares in a company and buying Alpha ePay Royalty Licences is that royalty licence revenue is drawn from the gross returns of transaction fee revenue, which are credited to the Alpha ePay Royalty Licence Pool account for distribution to royalty licensees.

Unlike dividends on shares, they are NOT subject to deduction, including provision for administration expenses, and directors' fees and salaries.
